Construction Schedule:
- Currently, Park Avenue between First Street and Scenic Highway (US 17) is closed to all vehicular traffic. Sidewalks remain open to all pedestrians, but detours will be in place to direct traffic around Park Avenue. Our clients should park on Stuart Avenue or in the lots East of Scenic Highway (US 17). All parking is free. Please see map below for details:
Client Accommodations:
Our office is fully open for in-person office appointments, and we are available to answer your phone calls and e-mails.
We still must follow Florida law in creating and executing documents (such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney) which includes in-person witnessing and notarization.
We offer the following accommodations:
- Scheduling complimentary phone calls or zoom consultation.
- E-mailing intake sheets or drafted documents.
- Sign your documents “Curbside.” Parking is available across Scenic Highway or on Stuart Avenue.
- Transferring mobile home titles at the Tag Agency on your behalf.
